Two participants in the Calgary icebreaker polar dip jump into Lake Mahogany in Calgary on Saturday, Feb. 12, 2022. Participants in the event often dress up in a costume before taking a plunge in Lake Mahogany's frigid waters. The event is a fundraiser for the SA Foundation, an organization that helps fight human trafficking by providing safe, long-term housing and programs for affected women and children. The event reached their goal of raising $100, 000.
